The virtual escapism and addiction from post-industrial subcultures, especially Japanese animations and online gaming are essential in my practice. My works explore introverted consumers who are lost in the realm of aesthetics in a self-sufficient manner, focusing on consumerism, Otakuism, wilful immaturity, post-war Japanese culture, and web-minorities through intangible materials.
