Kaiming Liang-statement

According to research, the impact of a child on the environment is equivalent to 58.6 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year. Are the huge numbers of parenting products on the market really necessary for kids? Or to make new parents more confident? What are physical and psychological development of children at different age stage? What do children and parents need?

In multi-functional furniture, the easy functional conversion is a design point for users. In the process of iteration, I tried different materials and structures to achieve this goal.

What are eco-friendly and child-friendly parenting products?

Holoo, is a adjustable baby crib design that can grow with children

RTÉ aired a show, One Day: How Ireland Cleans Up, about Ireland's waste production and the clean-up that goes with it. It revealed that in just one day they throw away one million nappies. According to Statista, 318 million toys were sold in the UK in 2018,90% of them are plastic. According to the British Guardian, the impact of a baby on the environment is equivalent to about 58.6 tzons of carbon per year. “It has been estimated that there are now more Lego people on earth than actual people(and they will outlive us all)” From Professor Mark Maslin's book.

It's a win win for everyone: eco-friendly parenting is a great way to save money, keep your children healthy and chemical-free, and of course ensure a healthy planet for future generations.
