Design As Catalyst
About
Tutors: Bahbak Hashemi-Nezhad & Guests
Design as Catalyst (DaC) considers the world as a series of complex, networked and often contradictory assemblies.
This platform adopts a material and technology agnostic approach and works across multiple themes and scales - from urbanism and ageing to social ecology, self-sufficiency and beyond.
The principal aim of this platform is to critically respond to emerging and contemporary issues; where observation, social engagement and co-creation are the key approaches with which the designer/researchers begin to craft their own futures.
