The opportunitiesI conduct 3 opportunities base on research, First opportunity is to help them to improve the work and life balance in remote freelancing condition. Second opportunity is to help them to overcome the disadvantage in labour relations and contracts. Third opportunity is to help them to become and adapt to remote freelancing and flat the curve of this process, especially how to have continuous income.
The service intervention
The service intervention Here is the as-is and to-be journey. From this journey, We can see a lot of interventions, which are related to the information gap, so the problem is how to solving the information gap during the career transition process.
The service
The serviceStep1 Through the mentor matching system, beginners can match with freelancers who have rich working experience in the same field. Step2 By acting as an 'intermediary, the system provided a more valuable and efficient connection between companies and freelancers.
The touchpoint
The touchpointThe calendar system can help user quickly build a meeting with their mentor. Each classroom can be seen as a video version of clubhouse, a space where users can learn and collaborate and all files in the room are saved to a shared database. After joining the talent system, members can get daily job opportunities.

Regenerative is a service to help remote freelancers by providing mentor matching and job matching. Like its name, the vision of this service is to help people to have a regenerative career. The logo here is caterpillar, which transforms its body, eventually emerging as a butterfly. This project starts with the background in China that, many Chinese young professionals have experienced a very intense workloads over the last decade. working from 9am to 9pm for 6 days a week, which is so called 996. This project was born out of my interest in exploring flexible employment, and in the context of the epidemic, both offline studying and working have been extremely challenging, as the number of people involved in all kinds of flexible employment has increased significantly as a result. Currently, China still adheres to a strict epidemic prevention policy, and in fact through my research there are a large percentage of Chinese people are freelancers and remote workers. With this background in mind, I worked with a community try to explore how we could provide a service to help such a large market and group.
